Authors will need to submit the title and abstract by July 10 at 23:59 PDT.

Paper submissions and reviews for ASVAI2013 will be handled through the Easy Chair conference management system.

5 pages maximum. Papers with more than 5 pages (including references) will be rejected without review.　

As with ACPR2013, ASVAI2013 also follows a double-blind review process. Thus please anonymize your submission: do not put the author(s) names or affiliation(s) at the start of the paper, and do not include funding or other acknowledgments in papers submitted for review. For more details, please refer to the Blind review of ACPR2013.

All no-show papers will not be available on IEEE Xplore. No-show papers that were not withdrawn and were published in the Technical Program must be identified as "No-Show" in the conference web-site.

At least one author of an accepted paper must register the paper. Papers without registration will be withdrawn.
